Poi inizi a cercare una guida da leggere e ti rivolgi all'esperto che lavora con il Sud America (oggi nel Top Ten mondiale di birdwatching)che ti presta l'unica pubblicazione in commercio: South American Handbook, 1981 edition e poi parti, con l'unica relazione, quella di Giancarlo De Santis.
