Trekking routes in the Humla and Mugu region of western Nepal on a contoured and GPS-compatible map at 1:90,000 from Nepa Maps. The map covers the region directly north of Rara Lake and the Rara National Park, prominently highlighting the course of the Hidden Himalaya trek northwards to Simikot.
Also marked are other trekking trails including a route directly westwards from Rara Lake to Kolti with a route connecting it to the Hidden Himalay trek.
